SCHEDULES ADAPTED TO THE TIDE
Surf lessons always take place 1 to 2 hours before and after low tide, to offer you ideal conditions for learning. This time slot guarantees more accessible waves for all levels.
THEORY AND PRACTICE
During each session, you'll alternate between a theoretical introduction on the sand and practical application in the water. This approach allows you to understand the basics before applying them directly.
EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED
No need to worry about equipment: all teaching equipment (boards, wetsuits, etc.) is included. Our school will provide you with everything you need to surf with complete peace of mind.
ENVIRONMENTAL AWARENESS
During the session, you'll learn about the marine environment. Your instructor will explain the Baïnes phenomenon, its potential dangers and wave formation. An opportunity to learn more about the environment in which you're evolving.
SAFETY FIRST
If the weather conditions are unfavorable for the course to run smoothly, the instructor may either change the spot or postpone the session. The safety of our participants remains our top priority.
